Why should I rent a unit with you and not somewhere else?

We have more options than the average storage facility, from temperature control to individual alarms in your unit. Additionally, our customer service is second to none! We always try to make the storage experience more simple for our customers.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturdays.

What time can I access my unit?

You can access our unit between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm, any day of the week.

Do you offer parking options?

We do! We have a variety of units that can accommodate your car, boat, or RV.

What do you do to keep your facility secure?

Our property is fenced and only accessible through a security gate. Additionally, we have a system of security cameras always monitoring our facility.

 

Can I rent a truck at your facility?

Yes! You can rent a moving truck from our office.

When do I need to pay my bill?

You can pay your bill at our office during our office hours, but to make everything more convenient, you can pay online too!

Why would I want a temperature controlled storage unit?

Temperature controlled units keep your belongings safe from damages caused by extreme and fluctuating temperatures. It helps you avoid damages like warping, fading, melting, and rust.

How do you make storage easier?

We’re glad you asked! We have a variety of features that make the entire process more simple for you, such as our drive up access to ground floor units, parking options, and truck rentals.
